Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute integrated security projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical solutions for security systems
- Resolve technical issues and optimize system performance during implementation
- Maintain client relationships and ensure delivery exceeds expectations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management for security systems
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Certification in PMP or security project management preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Malaysian driver's license and willingness for site visits
