- Manage end-to-end semiconductor engineering projects from conception to deployment
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Optimize engineering processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
