Gammon Construction is a leading infrastructure and construction firm dedicated to delivering excellence in engineering and project management. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer / Senior Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to join our expanding team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict adherence to regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, manage technical challenges, and ensure the highest quality of construction delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on-site.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of project phases.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, material requisitions, and site bulletins as required.
- Liaise with government authorities and clients to resolve technical issues and secure necessary approvals.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with Gammon’s quality assurance policies and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering, with a focus on MEP systems.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards (BCA), and construction practices in Singapore.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid CP (Certified Professional) registration is highly preferred.
