We are currently seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team in the Tai Seng area.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end execution of complex construction projects. You will act as the technical lead on-site, ensuring that engineering plans are implemented accurately, safety standards are strictly maintained, and timelines are met with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and proactively address potential delays.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation.
- Manage material procurement, site resources, and cost control initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain high workmanship standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or BCA.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering within the local construction sector.
- Strong understanding of Singapore construction building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and project management software.
- Proven ability to manage technical site issues and solve complex problems on-site.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Candidates with Senior Project Engineer experience will be assessed for higher-level leadership responsibilities.
