In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and completing various construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical drawings, reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Manage resource allocation and track project budgets and costs.
- Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Support senior project managers in delivering successful project outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
