Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute engineering additions and alterations projects from initial planning to final handover
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and technical specialists
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and technical documentation reviews
- Develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for implementation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-7 years of relevant project engineering experience with additions/alterations focus
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of Singaporean engineering regulations and safety standards
