Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Oversee construction activities and implement quality control measures
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project engineering (5+ for senior position)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Proficiency in project management software and technical tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements
