Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and shop drawings, providing valuable feedback to the design team to optimize constructability and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, cost control, and progress claims, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Enforce strict quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures, conducting regular site inspections to uphold Macbuild's high standards.
- Lead and coordinate site safety initiatives, conducting risk assessments and ensuring full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, method statements, and project documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural works, building regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Proven track record in project management, site coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with LTA, HDB, or private residential/commercial projects will be a strong advantage.
- Possess a proactive attitude, leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
