Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor elevator/escalator projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions for engineering challenges
- Prepare project documentation including plans, reports, and progress updates
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative team environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience in elevator/escalator industry
- Strong technical knowledge of vertical transportation systems
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
