Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these targets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Resolve technical issues and implement solutions to overcome project challenges
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and completion certificates
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
