Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Manage project documentation, including method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports.
- Monitor site work progress to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Facilitate effective communication between sub-contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve technical site issues promptly to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Supervise project workflows to ensure efficient resource allocation and manpower management.
- Maintain high standards of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
- At least 2-5 years of project coordination or engineering experience within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, or project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead onsite teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on project delivery and risk mitigation.
- Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects will be an added advantage.
