Are you an experienced Engineer looking to make a tangible impact in the security and communications technology sector? Securitas is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical lead for complex security projects, ensuring that mission-critical systems are deployed to the highest industry standards.
Working directly under the Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial design review and site coordination to final commissioning. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for third-party stakeholders, vendors, and clients, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our stringent quality and safety benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end execution of security and communications-related system projects.
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform site surveys, technical design reviews, and assist in the development of project proposals.
- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms).
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to prevent cost overruns.
- Draft comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical submittals, and final handover manuals.
- Ensure all project work strictly adheres to safety regulations and industry quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within security or ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security architecture, and IP-based communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD for technical drawings.
- Prior experience with large-scale commercial or government security infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
