Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee all site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Implement and maintain QAQC procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works and coordinate with relevant teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to address project requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, QAQC procedures, and M&E works
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant engineering tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
