Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to handover to ensure they meet budget, time, and quality specifications.
- Coordinate on-site activities and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Interpret complex technical drawings and site plans to guide the construction team and resolve engineering conflicts in real-time.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, material usage logs, and safety audit reports.
- Monitor site progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks, providing solutions to maintain the project schedule.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee quality control of building materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with Indonesian construction standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in project management or site coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, material procurement, and structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
