Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections on waterproofing and industrial flooring systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with the management team.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OHS standards, and company policies.
- Manage documentation, including daily reports, material requisitions, and progress updates.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide timely project status reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or site coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing materials, industrial flooring processes, and structural strengthening.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is preferred for site travel.
