Kemena Holding is currently seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Project Engineer / Site Engineer to join our expanding team in Limbang, Sarawak. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary on-site lead, bridging the gap between design specifications and field execution. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our infrastructure and construction projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership on-site, managing subcontractors, monitoring progress against project timelines, and solving technical challenges in real-time. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to project schedules and design specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain a seamless workflow on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure full compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management review.
- Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to prevent project delays.
- Monitor material usage and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and minimize waste.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building regulations and environmental guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Willingness to be based in Limbang, Sarawak and travel between project sites as required.
- Valid driving license and ability to work in a dynamic site environment.
