Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects meet safety standards and technical specifications
- Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and timely completion
- Monitor project progress against schedules and implement corrective actions when needed
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate project documentation
- Resolve technical issues and engineering challenges during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project/site engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality control
- Certification in project management (PMP) or engineering preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in remote locations like Sarawak is advantageous
