Kemena Holding is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bintulu, Sarawak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities to ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and strictly according to technical specifications and timelines.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the office and the field, ensuring that all engineering activities comply with the highest quality standards and safety regulations. You will oversee daily operations, manage site resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive project success. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials and labor are available as required.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and site safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and report any delays or issues to project management immediately.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and site visit documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for necessary adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field).
- Proven experience in a similar Project Engineer or Site Engineer role within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, site supervision techniques, and engineering standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate site teams.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Sarawak, Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a remote site environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Valid Engineerās license or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
