We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our site engineering team in Malili, Sulawesi Selatan. As a key technical lead on-site, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring technical compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or mechanical engineering, with proven field experience in large-scale infrastructure or mining-related projects. You will act as the primary bridge between the engineering design office and field operations, ensuring that all work is executed according to blueprints, technical specifications, and local regulations. This is a critical role for a professional looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic project environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site engineering activities to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to guide field teams.
- Monitor site progress, perform quality control inspections, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
- Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and site supervisors to resolve technical bottlenecks effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including progress reports, technical logs, and RFI processes.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on site at all times.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for site-related construction challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or site-based technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of site safety regulations and construction quality management systems.
- Proven ability to work in remote or challenging field environments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; technical English proficiency is an advantage.
