As a Project Engineer / Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between engineering design and practical site execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the master project schedule.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Oversee civil, structural, and earthworks operations, ensuring strict compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, documenting milestones, materials usage, and any site constraints.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and local authorities to resolve site issues and secure necessary approvals.
- Enforce stringent safety regulations and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) standards across the construction site.
- Assist in material procurement planning, inspecting delivered materials to ensure they meet project standards.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer, or Construction Supervisor, specifically within civil, structural, and earthworks projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, structural design interpretation, and soil/earthworks engineering.
- Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, site coordination, and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Must be willing to work on-site in Kuching, Sarawak, and possess a valid driving license.
