Join Gadang as a Project Engineer specializing in Solar PV and Electrical systems to drive renewable energy initiatives in Tawau. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and monitoring solar project site progress, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and managing comprehensive project documentation. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy solutions while honing your expertise in solar installation, site management, and stakeholder coordination. Your work will directly impact successful project delivery, from initial planning to final commissioning, in one of Malaysia's key renewable energy markets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor solar PV project execution at site locations
- Implement and enforce safety standards and compliance regulations
- Manage project documentation including permits, reports, and technical drawings
- Track project milestones, timelines, and budget adherence
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Renewable Energy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar technology fundamentals
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Certification in solar installation or project management preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in remote site environments
