You will be responsible for translating complex project blueprints into reality, ensuring that all systemsâfrom HVAC and plumbing to advanced mechanical installationsâmeet rigorous quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily supervision and technical control of all mechanical-related project activities.
- Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with design specifications, engineering standards, and safety codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of mechanical components.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential technical bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on schedule.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Manage mechanical site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure system functionality.
- Promote a safe working environment by strictly enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in mechanical project engineering, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, fire protection, piping, etc.) and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
