Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee site operations for stone and tiling installation projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage material deliveries and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure all installation works adhere strictly to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and technical submittals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and resolve technical site-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates on project status and milestones.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the construction industry, specifically focusing on Stone and Tiling works.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of different stone types, installation techniques, and waterproofing requirements.
- Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead on-site teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
