Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all structural site activities, specifically concrete pouring, rebar installation, and formworks erection, ensuring compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress against schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of structural works and resolve any on-site technical issues.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, material consumption reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures for all structural components, including material testing and workmanship verification.
- Ensure efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment on site to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, material requisitions, and budget monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a valid Professional Civil Engineer (PCE) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in project engineering, specifically involving structural works (concrete, rebar, formworks) in building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site challenges.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures in construction.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
