Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee civil and utilities projects to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project flow.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and project reports for management approval.
- Monitor site progress, ensuring all works comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including progress claims, variation orders, and technical submissions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and strict safety compliance on-site.
- Optimize resource allocation to improve project efficiency and minimize operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations (WSH), and construction workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
