Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and machinery.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards, health, and safety protocols in all engineering activities.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement engineering solutions to improve output efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and progress updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in project engineering, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams.
- Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
