Tanggung Jawab
- Lead engineering teams in project execution, ensuring technical deliverables align with specifications and timelines
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Supply Chain to develop integrated project plans and resource allocation
- Oversee engineering design, procurement, and construction phases to maintain quality and budget control
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies
- Mentor engineering staff to enhance technical capabilities and project delivery excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum preferred); Master's degree advantageous
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with 3+ years in project leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing oil and gas or energy infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in engineering design, project management methodologies, and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and engineering tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
