Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects related to plastic production and process improvement.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement engineering solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (ISO, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for machinery and raw material requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and project proposals for senior management.
- Lead root cause analysis for production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing engineering teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of plastic molding processes (injection molding, extrusion).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Valid Indonesian engineering license (Sertifikat Kompetensi) is a plus.
