Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution across mechanical, electrical, and civil/structural architectural disciplines
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with technical specifications
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control audits
- Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant project engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and project management software
- Strong technical knowledge in respective engineering disciplines
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
