Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine total project scope.
- Calculate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and sub-contracting services with high precision.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and tender documents in alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to identify potential risks and evaluate local site conditions.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and project managers to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Monitor market trends for construction materials and update cost databases accordingly.
- Assist in the negotiation process with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Estimator within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong proficiency in construction estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of construction workflows, material costs, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project bidding deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
