Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Develop detailed cost estimates using industry-standard software and methodologies
- Prepare competitive bid proposals with clear documentation of assumptions and calculations
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to validate estimates
- Monitor project costs against estimates and recommend cost-saving measures
- Maintain updated cost databases and historical project data for benchmarking
- Present estimation reports to stakeholders with clear justification of methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project estimation for industrial/construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinEst)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to mathematical precision
- Experience with Indonesian construction cost standards and regulations
- Certification in cost estimation (e.g., AACE, RICS) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
