As our Project Estimator, you will play a critical role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring that our bids are both competitive and profitable. You will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and clients to provide comprehensive cost analysis and value engineering solutions. We are looking for someone who excels at numerical analysis, has a deep understanding of construction materials, and possesses the ability to manage tight deadlines with unwavering accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive Cost Estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for interior and construction projects.
- Review project blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications to determine precise material and labor requirements.
- Conduct thorough site visits to evaluate project scope, assess potential risks, and identify site-specific constraints.
- Prepare competitive bid packages and commercial proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to obtain accurate and competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
- Analyze historical project data to improve the accuracy of future cost forecasting.
- Participate in project handover meetings to ensure field teams understand the financial basis of the estimate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Estimator, specifically within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) and estimation software.
- Deep knowledge of construction materials, installation methods, and current market pricing in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present estimates to stakeholders clearly.
