Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze unit costs and prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage and process e-Invoices for all project-related transactions
- Monitor project cash flow and financial performance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and records
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence
- Conduct regular financial reviews and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals
- Stay updated with industry trends and pricing standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction estimation and administration
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with e-Invoice systems and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
