Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for commercial fit-out projects, including MEP, finishes, and custom furniture.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents and bidding proposals for new project opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to solicit competitive quotes and manage material pricing databases.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering alternatives without compromising design integrity.
- Monitor and analyze project budget fluctuations throughout the fit-out lifecycle.
- Prepare final reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key commercial metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation specifically within commercial interior fit-outs.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Solid understanding of construction methods, interior materials, and regional market pricing in Jakarta.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
