Join Keshun Constructions Indonesia as a Project Estimator & Technical Engineer and drive impactful construction projects from conception to completion. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with strategic planning to ensure project feasibility, accuracy, and efficiency. You'll conduct comprehensive site surveys, develop detailed cost estimations, and provide innovative technical solutions that optimize resource allocation while maintaining strict quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed site surveys and feasibility studies for construction projects
- Develop accurate project cost estimations including materials, labor, and equipment
- Create technical documentation and engineering solutions for project requirements
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scope to determine resource needs
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment between estimates and execution
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards
- Prepare tender documentation and participate in bid evaluation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project estimation or technical engineering
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinEst) and CAD tools
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication abilities in both Indonesian and English
- Certification in project management (PMP) or cost estimation is preferred
