Are you an experienced Project Leader with a passion for large-scale manufacturing expansion? Nabati Group is looking for a dynamic Project Execution Lead to join our team in Majalengka. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our baked goods manufacturing operations, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of critical facility expansions and line installations.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between strategic planning and on-site implementation. From managing complex engineering installations to ensuring seamless commissioning and operational readiness, your expertise will ensure that Nabati Group continues to lead the market in production efficiency and quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of manufacturing expansion projects for the baked goods division.
- Manage the installation and commissioning of new production lines and industrial machinery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project timelines are met.
- Drive operational readiness activities to ensure seamless handovers from project phase to full-scale production.
- Monitor site progress, resource allocation, and budget adherence to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Implement safety protocols and quality standards throughout the installation and startup phases.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks during the commissioning process to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production line setup, plant automation, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale technical projects from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate site contractors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering documentation.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Majalengka, Jawa Barat.
