Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for commercial store and interior construction projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, procurement, contractors) to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks
- Act as primary stakeholder liaison, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction
- Oversee quality control and compliance with industry regulations and brand standards
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management for commercial/interior projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction and design projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of retail store development and interior project lifecycles
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
