Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to define clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, identifying potential risks and mitigating blockers early.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Ensure strict quality control and compliance with safety and industry standards throughout all phases.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or executive support within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving and achieving tangible results.
