SRA Builder is a reputable construction company based in Penang, specializing in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Executive cum Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Project Director and Project Manager, assisting in the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key aspects of the role include coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring site progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As a Project Executive cum Site Engineer, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between the site team, management, and external parties. A solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations is essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Director and Project Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, and site records.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the site team as needed.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and contributing to decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Malaysian building regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety standards and environmental compliance.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or able to obtain registration is an advantage.
