In this dual-focused role, you will be the bridge between conceptual design and on-site execution, ensuring that every eco-shop outlet is built to our high standards of excellence and efficiency.
As a key member of our project team, you will translate approved design concepts into precise construction drawings, manage technical documentation, and coordinate with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and detailed construction drawings, floor plans, and technical elevations using AutoCAD.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with building codes, safety regulations, and internal brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams to refine shop layouts and optimize space utilization.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical discrepancies, and ensure workmanship quality.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to track material deliveries and project timelines.
- Review and interpret project specifications to provide technical support for on-site construction teams.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all project drawings, revisions, and site progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in draughting or project coordination, preferably within the retail or construction industry.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and site execution processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work both independently and within a team.
