Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) project teams to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Manage and organize all project-related documentation, including technical drawings, submittals, and O&M manuals.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress.
- Monitor and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, site meeting minutes, and progress updates for management.
- Facilitate procurement processes by tracking material orders and coordinating delivery schedules.
- Support site supervisors in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and propose coordination-based solutions to mitigate delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or engineering support, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of E&M systems and engineering documentation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred due to the contract nature of the role.
