Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and contractors
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, and resource constraints proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize project workflows and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or expediting role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Knowledge of construction/project management methodologies and best practices
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
