We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Lead to join our advisory team on a fixed-term contract. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structuring and negotiation of complex project finance deals within the ASEAN region.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and due diligence assessments.
- Prepare high-quality investment memos, pitch decks, and executive summaries for potential investors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and government relations, to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Monitor project development progress and advise on mitigation strategies for financial and operational risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international financing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking with a focus on infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of ASEAN markets, local regulatory frameworks, and infrastructure sectors.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a strong advantage.
