Envitec Multi Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Foreman to join our dynamic team in Dumai, Riau. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily site activities, including labor management, material handling, and equipment usage, to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, conducting daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Assign specific tasks to crew members and provide clear, concise instructions to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or technical issues to the Project Manager immediately.
- Manage inventory levels of construction materials and report shortages or requirements for procurement.
- Lead and motivate the workforce, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience working as a Foreman or Project Supervisor in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
- Valid Technical Certificate or High School Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical fields.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic outdoor environment.
