China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project HRGA Officer to join our dynamic team in Batam. As a key support pillar for our large-scale construction operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our HR and General Affairs processes align with project timelines and international standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, employee relations, administrative compliance, and logistical support for our project personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end site administrative and HR operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Handle employee relations, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and exit processes for project staff.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including facilities management, site vehicle administration, and office security.
- Coordinate with local authorities and communities to maintain positive relations and project compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal policies regarding health, safety, and working hours.
- Manage employee documentation, attendance records, and site-specific personnel filing systems.
- Provide operational support to the Project Manager regarding labor force allocation and resource planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRGA roles, specifically within the construction or mining industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle conflict resolution on-site.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding construction site environment and adapt to field-based project schedules.
- Proficiency in English is highly preferred to support international project communication.
- Willingness to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
