We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Industrial Engineer (Project IE) to join our team at our Simlong facility. As a Project IE, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze current production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategic solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency, ensuring that URC continues to meet market demands with superior products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and operational bottlenecks.
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct time and motion studies to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standardize work methods.
- Collaborate with plant management and cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on process performance and improvement metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment, preferably in a production planning or process engineering role.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and Kaizen concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
