- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end project lifecycles within logistics operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and processes
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive stakeholder communication
- Develop detailed project documentation including scope, requirements, and post-implementation reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and logistics workflows
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in logistics or transportation industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) is advantageous
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Experience with logistics software implementation preferred
