Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of national mechanical and power infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure system reliability and compliance with technical standards.
- Analyze performance data to identify mechanical inefficiencies and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Oversee the maintenance lifecycle of power supply systems, including generators and cooling solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues during project deployment.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that site upgrades are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and performance reports for all assigned infrastructure.
- Implement proactive preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime across the national network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in the telecommunications or industrial power sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, power distribution, and backup power solutions (GenSet/UPS).
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within Indonesia for national project coordination.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in relevant engineering disciplines is considered a significant advantage.
