Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all civil engineering aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage contractor relationships and supervise on-site operations for quality control
- Liaise with suppliers for timely procurement of materials and equipment
- Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare project documentation including reports, budgets, and timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Proven track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- PRC license as a Civil Engineer is required
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
