Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to architectural and civil plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and design discrepancies during construction implementation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.
- Lead site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and successful handover to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project management or site supervision within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is advantageous.
- Licensed Engineer or Architect is highly preferred.
